The whole team went above and beyond in their warmth and friendliness. The vet I saw was extremely kind, patient, and helpful despite being tired at the end of a long work day.
My anxious dog is always at ease here and loves the fuss he gets. I had to take my dog to the Hagley practice, due to her back legs collapsing. Myself and my dog were treated with such compassion and kindness and my dog Jess most importantly was put to sleep with dignity.

Staff are so lovely and friendly too and I’ve never heard a bad word about this vets. We have a very lively cockerpoo who is always getting into things she shouldn’t so we are regular visitors.
